Ubuntu 12.04 and Console Proxy VM

Hi All.

Using Ubuntu 12.04 and cloudstack 4.0.1 , the "vnc_listen" on qemu.conf is
set to "localhost" , which means that when the console_proxy svm won't work
until you set that to 0.0.0.0 and relaunch the qemu process.

I think this jira is related to it:

Do you guys know if this is fixed in 4.1 ??

Thanks a lot , i'm aware of the fix . i guess we can add it to our
kickstart for the time being.

Hi, Jeronimo.  The bug is currently unresolved and the comments
indicate it will be fixed in CS 4.2.  The solution is to manually
update qemu.conf with "vnc_listen = 0.0.0.0" according to the CS 4.0.1
install guide (section 8.1.5).
