FYI TIKA-443, Tika now uses SIS

By the way, just in case it may be of any use, SIS can also read the
metadata from a NetCDF 3 (a.k.a. "classical format") file. Of course the
well-known UCAR library does that very well. The difference between
using UCAR or SIS library is the metadata convention. UCAR gives
metadata structured according the CF convention, while SIS gives
metadata structured according the ISO 19115 convention.
