Spam {Level,Status hits} mismatch

I just saw this on an incoming mail:

X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 2.63 (2004-01-11) on
	hydrogen.thebrittinggroup.com
X-Spam-Level: ---
X-Spam-Status: No, hits=4.0 required=5.0 tests=BAYES_60,NO_REAL_NAME,
	RCVD_IN_BL_SPAMCOP_NET,RCVD_IN_DSBL autolearn=no version=2.63

Shouldn't there be four dashes in X-Spam-Level?
