not at all, this is a very internal information.
unless you are talking about those who setup mirrors. And in that case
they have it in the README file.
Too many docs is about as bad as too few, so let's not expose docs
irrelevant to 99.9999% of users. I'd rather have a person trying to
setup a prop mirror ask how (and we reply with read the README file),
since if we will have any prop mirrors, if any at all, there will be
just a few of them.
