The Commons Modeler 1.1 Release Plan

has been approved, with the voting results in the above thread.

Accordingly, no more code should be submitted to the 1.1 branch of
modeler.  I will build and tag the commons-modeler 1.1 final release
tonight or tomorrow.  The CVS tag will be MODELER_1.1.
