how to find the *.hbm.xml if the file doesnt located in the resources directory?

hi,all

due to i put the *.hbm.xml file together with the persistent class,when i build the project,will cause file not found error.
so how to solve this so that can find the file?!put them in resources?but i still like these close to it's java class.
