   This PR updates the format of `access.log` archives, as configured by Ansible.

   1. Change the `SizeBasedTriggeringPolicy` size from 200MB to 1MB
   2. Test Traffic Router with the options added to log4j2.xml 
   3. Send requests to Traffic Router until an `access.log` archive is created
   4. Verify that the archive filename has the excepted format described above.
