Upgrade - cocoon 2.0.4 to 2.1.5 - Problem while upload a file

Multipart is not working (neither passing any
parameters nor errors) on cocoon 2.1.5. I have made
necessary changes on web.xml and The class name for
file upload has changed from
org.apache.cocoon.components.request.multipart.FilePart
to org.apache.cocoon.servlet.multipart.Part, and the
getFilePath() has been renamed Part.getUploadName(). 
Still not working??

Running as root on linux and Java 1.3.1.14
