jUDDI Developers Guide

I was looking through what we have for documentation on
http://ws.apache.org/juddi and I think the content in the Developers
Guide might be out of place.  I thought that a Developers Guide would
give detail about how to interact with and extend jUDDI ... meant for
"other" developers.  

What's there now are instructions about how to update the jUDDI web site
and that's really only useful/helpful to jUDDI committers since we are
the only ones that would do that. This would be better placed in a wiki
or - better yet - just a plain old README file in jUDDI's site
directory.

Thoughts?
