Log4j 2.0-beta5 release

I am currently looking at LOG4J2-196, 197 and 198. I need the beta5 release for my employer and have committed to getting everything done for that by Tuesday, April 16. At that time I plan to start the release for beta5. So I would request that any changes that are going to be made be done before then.
