addressing.jar and policy.jar

Hello:
I'm trying to include the wss4j using axis with my application. Noticed that
there is addressing.jar and policy.jar with the wss4j download. Wondering if
I'm using ws security do I need these jar files.

I dont want to add too many jar files into my application if they are not
required.
