[PR] Add YAML file type support in Explorer perspective (hop)

   ## Summary
   
   - Add Explorer support for `.yml` / `.yaml` files (`YamlExplorerFileType` + `YamlExplorerFileTypeHandler`)
   - Enable YAML syntax highlighting with a TextMate grammar from [vscode-yaml](https://github.com/redhat-developer/vscode-yaml) (upstream: textmate/yaml.tmbundle)
   - Wire language id `yaml` into `ContentEditorTm4eSupport` and add unit tests
