Can anyone tell me how to call an array of objects from wsdl using a
java client? (with axis of course)

Please explain what you mean in more detail. With Axis/SOAP you send and
receive messages --- but you can't "call" an array of objects. You can send
an array of objects to a service, and you can receive an array of objects
from a service. What would you like to do?
