Features like PHOENIX_TTL and Splittable SYSCAT need to be tested for a large number of tenant views.

In general, during releases, we need to have a perf framework to assess improvements/regressions that were introduced as part of the release.
 * Support for Multi leveled views dynamically and be able to query them in a generic framework
 * Support for global vs tenant connection when running load.
 * Support for various load generators.
