[Axis2] Axis 2 summit log

Hi all,

 

For the betterment of the people who are not physically here in Sri Lanka
for Axis 2 summit, we have published a small log.

This was just scribing, and may not contain all that happened. 

 

This was the log of the irc. Most of the guys who are in the summit do some
level of subscribing through the usual irc channel.
