Next Release

Hi Guys,

In the spirit of release often (~1x per month), I would like to execute
another release in about a week (next Friday/Saturday). Any objections?

If not, would you prefer that this release be 0.1.1 or 0.2.0?

Darin - If the initial submodule refactor is completed by then, it would be
a great addition to the release. If not, we will plan to roll it into the
October release.

Happy to be the RM again or give another committer the 'privilege' -- if I
don't hear otherwise, I will take it this month and someone else can assume
the duties in October.

Sounds good to me.

I don't have a strong feeling about the name, until we get to the 1.0.0
release when we should adopt a major.minor.patch semantic version naming
scheme.  FWIW I'd probably pick 0.2.0.

Are you volunteering to be RM again?  We should rotate the 'privilege', but
there will be opportunities to do that with frequent releases.

I wouldn't count myself as a 'pro', but yep, good plan.

Hopefully you can check the website instructions work for you on a clean
run through this release.

I don't mind taking it once more (in a row) as our last release was quite a
production - I would like to try and get a clean release under my belt ;)

Also, I think that it would be good for a non-mentor committer to take the
next release for learning purposes (since the mentors are already pros).

Is any other committer volunteering to serve as release manager for our
release tomorrow/Friday? If I don't hear anything by tomorrow at noon
(EST), I will just assume the duties for this release. ;)

Was thinking that we could plan to execute the release for dev@ voting on
Friday/Saturday.

Even if we rolled the release for voting today, we can't make a September
release date with the sequential voting process on dev@ and on general@.

Any objections?
