Gentoo ebuilds for Qpid components

Hi list,

We (FourC) need gentoo ebuilds for qpid components but I've been unable to
find existing complete/maintained packages. The packages I could find are:

https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=389027 - reported problems and not
updated since qpid-cpp-0.14 in 2012.
https://github.com/armills/overlay - includes only the base python package
and qpid-cpp (presumably all the author needed); not updated since 0.24.

I hope I didn't miss any more complete or up-to-date packages...

Since we need up-to-date versions we've created our own overlay which we
intend to maintain. We're publishing these in the hope they will be of use
to others but naturally because we would love others to contribute and
ultimately have the maintenance taken over by some enthusiastic party!

Our Portage overlay can be found here:
https://github.com/fourceu/qpid-portage-overlay

I am no Portage expert so I'm sure there is room for improvement, but they
seem to be fundamentally working. We do have tests for them on our internal
CI although I can't easily publish the results.

Any feedback would be gratefully received!

/Chris
