[jira] Created: (MCHANGELOG-112) SVN ids are not case sensitive

SVN ids are not case sensitive
------------------------------

                 Key: MCHANGELOG-112
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MCHANGELOG-112
             Project: Maven 2.x Changelog Plugin
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 2.2
         Environment: Apache Maven 2.2.1 (rdebian-1)
Java version: 1.6.0_20
Java home: /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.20/jre
Default locale: en_GB, platform encoding: UTF-8
OS name: "linux" version: "2.6.32-24-generic" arch: "amd64" Family: "unix"
            Reporter: Tim Pizey

The svn installation on googlecode uses case insensitive user ids.

This means that log messages for the same, authorised,
id can differ in the case of the id.

This results in two entries in the developer activity report.

Making the developer identity case insensitive, for SVN at least, would fix this.
