Proposal for Gravitino command line interface

Hi,

I’ve started work on a Gravitino command line. It’s in the early stages of development. Feedback and ideas are welcome. The basic design and the stages of development are documented here, but will be updated as work is done on this:

I just completed the second part to create and delete metalake, catalogs and schemas. Feedback as always is welcome.
