Turbine, Torque and NetBeans

Hi!

   I would like to know if anyone knows about people who try to build
module extension(s) that support Turbine project, for example: standalone Torque applications under
NetBeans editor/framework.
         Up to now NetBeans v. 3.3.1 aids with ANT tool. But my
question is different. Has anyone thought about building module which
extends NetBeans that allows to build quickly standalone Torque
applications. For instance, such a module should provide possibility
to create:
   1) application template
   2) database schema by some kind of wizard
   3) choice of database provider by another wizard etc.

It is only an example of module extension for NetBeans framework which
could help especially new users of Turbine project.

What do you think about it?!
