[1.4] Migrating content to UUIDs

Hi Lenya devs,

I added a class (disguised as a test case for simplicity) to migrate
existing content to new UUIDs:

   ./build.sh module.test -Dmodule=org.apache.lenya.modules.migration


Please note that this is still under construction, the resulting
storage structure is subject to change.
