deinstall survey

Hello!  I just deinstalled openoffice from my computer and this webpage
began loading, but failed:

http://surveys.services.openoffice.org/deinstall

It looks like a survey to measure why people are leaving open office.  I
just wanted to report the problem, and let you know that I will still
happily take the survey.

It looks like it was a 3.4.x There was still a link in the source. But I 
didn't found this link in the actual trunk.

Hi Marlee,

Thanks for the report.  We have not done uninstall surveys in
OpenOffice for quite a while now.  So it sounds like you were running
an older version?

If you haven't had a look yet, you might try our new version, Apache
OpenOffice 4.0.1:
