svn commit: r533895 - Contribution model interfaces and factory

I have cleaned up the Contribution model, provided necessary interfaces and
a contribution model factory under revision 533895.
All pieces that were instantiating the contribution models have been cleaned
up and it's now using the contribution model factory.

Please let me know if you have any comments...
