Patch ? old xml.jar library

hi,

It seems you don't use xml.jar anymore (but parser.jar and jaxp.jar
instead), but it still appears in the code.
For example, it appears in ant.bat in the latest cvs update (that I just
did).

Julien,

Both Thomas Haas and I put up patches to remove this. I think Thomas was
going to commit his unless there were any objections (there were none so
far)
