unbundeled lua-jit

with ATS 7.0 lua-jit became obviously mandatory and is built with ATS

     LUAJIT_CPPFLAGS:    -I$(top_srcdir)/lib/luajit/src
     LUAJIT_LDFLAGS:
     EXTRA_CC_LDFLAGS:
     EXTRA_CXX_LDFLAGS:  -rdynamic
     LIBTOOL_LINK_FLAGS: -R/usr/lib64

frankly when luajit is installed on the build-machine use it instead 
compile that stuff and bundle it - no linux distribution out there is 
happy about bundeling and admins which build tehir own packages hate it 
too - this is not microsoft windows
