The UUID field appears to be unused, so the "enhance" goal will not support it. See also http://markmail.org/thread/evdwwn3fk2agwntx

The copyright field can be set in the configuration section of the plugin, but there appears to be no sensible way to obtain a default. The Maven licenses element appears to be too complex and doesn't contain any explicit copyright section.
