   Initial updates for all jw3 references and some general cleanup on the `package.json`
   - update links and code referring to jw3 repo
   - update `package.json` for Apache publishing
   - general cleanup on `package.json` based on the example of other ASF VS Code extensions
   - removes nightly build
   
   Referenced the following Apache projects with VS Code extensions
   - Apache Openwhisk - https://github.com/apache/openwhisk-vscode-extension
   - Netbeans LSP server - https://github.com/apache/netbeans/tree/master/java/java.lsp.server/vscode
   
   Also reference the VS Code `package.json` extension manifest docs
   - https://code.visualstudio.com/api/references/extension-manifest
   
   closes #3
   closes #4
