This patch greatly improves text extraction for Cyrillic documents on 3.5beta5.
Unfortunately it breaks few test cases (TestRangeDelete, TestRangeInsertion,
TestRangeProperties and TestSectionTable).
Also patch fails to apply on 3.5beta6 and current trunk.
