Patch: Fix for DOM L3 replaceWholeText

This patch fixes a bug in replaceWholeText.  So that we don't continue 
removing text children that are not logically adjacent, we now break out 
of the while when we hit a node that isn't a logically adjacent text node. 
 Also included is a test case and the xml file it uses.
