Add JAXB annotations for reading and writing {{<gml:Conversion>}} and {{<gml:Transformation>}} elements.

Some difficulties of this task are:

* Ensure the validity of {{ParameterDescriptor}} references as described in SIS-290.
* Rebuild the {{MathTransform}} object after unmarshalling.
