where is ProxyPassCookie in apache2?

I am using mod_proxy for proxying applications in different domains.
mod_proxy is not modifying the domain value of the cookie;
One application is failing because it cannot retrieve the cookie (since diff
domain)

I read about ProxyPassCookie, which solves the problem.  I wonder why it is
not in the 2.0 release.
Can anyone tell me more?
