I've changed the Document.copy signatures:

    Document copy(ObjectId targetFolderId);

    Document copy(ObjectId targetFolderId, Map<String, ?> properties,
            VersioningState versioningState, List<Policy> policies,
            List<Ace> addACEs, List<Ace> removeACEs, OperationContext context);
