   Previously, the `idleTimeout` and `pauseGrace` settings for `ContainerProxy` have hardcoded defaults. This code changes to use pureconfig entries, allowing the defaults to be changed in configuration.

   Tests have been added to the `ContainerProxyTests` to verify the changes (and config parsing).
