Research and Prototype alternative clientside userability issues: implement all features from old (4 years) 0.4 Dojo in a more modern Javascript toolkit. Features include:
* portlet customizations, drag drop moving, add, remove, portlets
* dockable toolbars
* detached (desktop) vs lock to grid modes
* resizable windows
* autoscroll
* page customizations (one click add remove page)
* container customizations (change layout, edit layout)
I have a prototype working with YUI3 that supports about 1/2 of these features. Also looking into Dojo 1.4

Resolution: Fixed
I am "resolving" this issue as I am moving forward with the prototype. I prefer to work individual features in their own JIRA issue instead of under one lump 'research' issue.
