The test {{org.apache.openejb.core.singleton.DependsOnTest.test()}} fails for me very often.
I think the problem is coming from using StatelessSessionBean Containers for two of the four supposed singleton beans.

I filed a pull request for this at https://github.com/apache/tomee/pull/30
