I install the version 3.1.0 but I have the same issue. 

Please let me explain that the issue is not to the files that I upload to the whiteboard but in the profile image of each user/admin. 

Also in this version I have also problem to the desktop shared. It doesn't response as well. I haven't had this issue in previous version.
