Functionality improvements:
- Auto-refresh seems disabled by default
- Tez build version must be automatically pulled from pom file
- Disable sorting for status, progress and counters
- Add rmProxyHost
- Add timeZone configuration

Looks & feel improvements:
- caller info corners are not pixel perfect
- Breadcrumbs & license text can be a bit bigger
- Make all DAGs search UI pixel perfect, select is a bit shifted downwards, and the margins can be better.
