How to create dynamic Form form DB (Myfaces)

Hi all,

I am new to MyFaces, I want to create a myfaces form for DB where the value
and property are coming form DB so it a dynamic form genrated from DB, 

Can anyone show me a example of jspx and bean. 

for example 
property=username  value = joe@yahoo.com
property = city        value= LA
 
I would really appricate if you can show me a example
