> Hadoop projects turn out to use a non-trivial amount of disk space in /usr/share/doc. When the packages are decompressed onto the file system, the docs tend to eat up 30% or so of the disk space. It would be convenient to separate packages into "foo" and "foo-doc", since docs are optional and not necessary to install on all the machines of a cluster.
