[jira] [Commented] (HBASE-19940) TestMetaShutdownHandler flakey

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-19940?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16352899#comment-16352899 ]

stack commented on HBASE-19940:
-------------------------------

We normally thread dump when a test has gone on too long but it is predicated on all RS's going down. That is not happening in this case. The test also 'kills' the RS in an odd way. Let me add debug.

> Fails 13% of the time. One of the RS won't go down. It has an errant thread running. Not sure what.
