AccessLogValve: incorrect time zone formatting
Summary: AccessLogValve: incorrect time zone formatting
Product: Tomcat 4
Version: 4.1.24
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: Other
Component: Catalina:Modules
AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
ReportedBy: laurent.hauben@hedrys.com
For Time zones between GMT and GMT+09:30, the format is H0mm, it would be +0Hmm.
For example, the "GMT+01:00" time zone is formatted 1000, apache format the
same to +0100.
Regards.
