Trouble with escaping character in Cocoon 1.8

Hello,

     I've upgraded from Cocoon 1.7.4 to 1.8 and all my national
     characters are encoded with escaping symbols now. I see a normal
     HTML page in a browser, but internal representation like this:

     <a href="?pe=79">&Ntilde;&iuml;&icirc;&eth;&ograve;&nbsp;(5)</a>

     How can i solve this trouble?
