Question about Board resolutions

Anyone know where board resolutions are kept in CVS?

I'm wondering if there is any historical record of board resolutions
available to members of a PMC?

Thanks in advance,

The minutes of all Board meetings are posted to the foundation's web site.
See: http://www.apache.org/foundation/board/calendar.html

Those are also located within the 'site' module in CVS. There is no
singular location for passed resolutions; only the minutes.

For ASF Members, they can also look in the 'board' module for the agendas
and the unofficial minutes of board meetings. (i.e. those which have not
been drafted and voted as "official")

Cheers,
