[jira] Created: (JCR-123) Webdav: Error when accessing Simple-Server

Webdav: Error when accessing Simple-Server
------------------------------------------

         Key: JCR-123
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-123
     Project: Jackrabbit
        Type: Bug
    Reporter: angela

bug reported by Benjamin Mestrallet:

> Actually the error is before what I previously pasted
>
> 18.05.2005 21:12:26 *ERROR* [http-8080-Processor25] NodeResource:  Error
> while executing export chain: java.io.IOException: No such file or
> directory (NodeResource.java, line 79)
> 18.05.2005 21:12:26 *WARN * [http-8080-Processor25]  WebdavRequestImpl:
> Error while building xml document from request body: Error on line -1:
> Premature end of file. (WebdavRequestImpl.java, line 257)

>>> Basically it works (anonymous connection) but when I try to see
>>> jcr:system nodes I get a serious error:
>>> 18.05.2005 17:43:18 *WARN * [http-8080-Processor25]
>>> WebdavRequestImpl: Error while building xml document from request
>>> body: Error on line -1: Premature end of file.
>>> (WebdavRequestImpl.java, line 257)

>>> ....that breaks my entire Mac Finder :) And I have to reboot. (I
>>> can say this is quite rare to reboot a Mac :) )

i assume that benjamin is using the simple-server.
the bug could be related to the changes recently made (introducing
common chains).... i will have a look at it.

benjamin, if you have conversation logs or similar additional
information, feel free to add them to this bug.

thanks
angela
