[jira] [Commented] (YARN-1612) Change Fair Scheduler to not disable delay scheduling by default

Hi [~sandyr]
Thank you for the reply. However, in FairScheduler source code, the "nodeLocalityDelayMs" gets the waiting time from Configuration where "DEFAULT_LOCALITY_DELAY_NODE_MS" is -1ms. Does "Change Fair Scheduler to not disable delay scheduling by default" mean to set the "DEFAULT_LOCALITY_DELAY_NODE_MS" according to the size of cluster? In Matei's paper, he suggests this waiting time to be 3 times of heartbeat interval which is calculated from the size of cluster.
