starteam changelog unparseable date

I'm trying to generate changelogs from starteam and I get:

Can anyone help me on this one?
 
I notice in the plugin.jelly file for the maven-changelog plugin, there is a

 
${maven.changelog.dateformat} parameter that is not defined in
plugin.properties.
 
Could this be the reason and if so, what should I set it to?
 
There is no documentation for this parameter in the plugins page.
