Do you have a proposal how the config should look like? Which plugins should support accessing the maven repo? I guess the codegen plugin should be able to load the wsdl from a maven repo and the java2ws plugin should be able to upload the generated wsdl (or better add the wsdl to the artifacts thaat get deployed). The second feature is already handled in CXF-2276.
