Building apr using VS2017

Hi,
I’m wondering if it’s possible to build the apr using VS2017? Or has any one done it?
I was trying to build it with DSW/nmake/cmake, but none of them succeeded.

Yes, it is, apr-1.6.5-901ece0-64.zip [1]
