The API contract for {{ResourceResolver.resolve(...)}} states
bq. returns The Resource addressed by the {{absPath}} or a {{NonExistingResource}} if no such resource can be resolved.

The {{MockResourceResolver.resolve(...)}} returns {{null}} instead, which is violating the API. Please in those cases return a {{NonExistingResource}} instead.
