Description:
During performance and scale testing, several issues of robustness were discovered:
- Deferencing pointers that were not checked for NULL,
- Not closing sessions when associated links were closed (link-routing),
- Not freeing sessions that were closed,
- Not freeing instances of qd_router_link_t in link-routing.
